With the development of the world economy and the prosperity of internationaltrade, port as a portage’s exchanging place got enormous development opportunities.However, as the first generation of terminal types of bulk and general cargo terminalis difficult to adapt to the development trend of shipping maximization andprofessional, whether in port facilities, equipment and other hardware, and in the workprocess, management and other software, have appeared many not suited to today’sneeds for loading and unloading ships, which seriously affected the operationalefficiency. Therefore, how to improve operational efficiency as bulk and general cargoterminal makers problems to be solved.Thesis work bulk and general cargo terminal production scheduling problem asthe research object in Tianjin Port No.5Stevedoring Co., Ltd, on the basis ofanalyzing the actual production conditions and production processes characteristicsfor bulk and general cargo terminal in the production system, combined with the basictheory and methods of business management to research and explore the bulk andgeneral terminal production scheduling. Mainly completed:(1) Based on summarizing of domestic and foreign port planning and schedulingmode of production research, the application of modern business strategic analysis ofthe situation analysis (SWOT analysis), analyze and propose specific advantages andproblems in which corporation existed. Starting from planning and scheduling mode,in-depth analysis of traditional production mode of operation in bulk and generalcargo terminal, it puts forward development of the enterprise scheduling mode.(2) For specific scheduling system, on the basis of clearing the managementmethods of single vessel operation plan and circadian placement operation plan, toanalyze circadian placement operation plan as the core of the management and5-dayrolling plan as the core of the management, establish planning and schedulingworkflow.(3) Putting meticulous management integrated into the field productionorganization, from the external and internal management process of dispatchingdepartment describes two aspects of the production of bulk and general cargo terminal operations management mode. To unload process of iron ore as an example to explainthe dispatching department external process control program; to analyze and establishinternal management model from institutional control of the dispatching department.(4) To realize the auxiliary management system of production process usingcomputer technology, specifically designed and implemented scheduling productionsystem architecture and functionality, the completion of the main function moduledesign, production model to achieve improved methods to improve productionmanagement science, rationality.
