Small and medium-sized inland river ports have a large number of vessels with small tonnage,among which bulk cargo terminals are more complicated than container terminals due to the wide variety of cargos.At present,inland river ports mainly use manual scheduling,which relies on the experience of schedulers overly and has high labor cost,so it is urgent to promote the intelligent construction of ports.As an important part of port intelligence,terminal operation area scheduling involves more resources,mainly including terminal resource scheduling and yard scheduling.If the resource scheduling is unreasonable,it will lead to long waiting time of vessels in the port,low utilization rate of machinery and unbalanced distribution of each resource.Therefore,it is of great theoretical value and practical significance to realize a reasonable and intelligent scheduling method for the bulk cargo terminal operation area of small and medium-sized inland river ports.The research about main contents and results of the intelligent production scheduling in the bulk cargo terminal operation area are as follows:(1)An intelligent scheduling model for the bulk cargo terminal operation area of small and medium-sized inland river ports is constructed to describe the related resources and scheduling problems.In order to describe the state of each resource in the terminal operation area and the relationship between them,the resources are abstracted into mathematical symbols and a mathematical model that satisfies the constraints is constructed,taking into account the scheduling methods of each resource and its constraints.A port efficiency evaluation function with the objectives of total vessel completion time,machinery utilization rate and resource operation balance is established.(2)The intelligent scheduling algorithm of terminal operation area(Critic Topsis-Improved Harmony Search-Dynamic Game Algorithm,CT-IHS-DG)is proposed to solve the model.The terminal operation area scheduling problem mainly includes the scheduling of berths,fixed machinery,mobile machinery and yards.Firstly,the loading and unloading plan is obtained from the vessel reporting plan,and the vessel priority operation order is found by Critic-Topsis method.On this basis,the improved harmonic search algorithm based on multiple creation techniques selection is designed to solve the terminal resource scheduling problem,dynamically adjusts the important parameters in the creation process,and proposes three harmony creation strategies,by defining the instantaneous value and expected value for the strategy selection.Finally,the experiment shows that the improved algorithm has better performance.Then,according to the results of terminal resource scheduling,the dynamic game algorithm is used to solve the allocation of stacks and get the stacking plan.(3)The effectiveness of the model and the intelligent scheduling algorithm is verified through comparative experiments.Since port production is not retraceable,the algorithm performance cannot be quantitatively evaluated by actual scheduling,so the simulation model is needed.The data set is selected from the actual production scheduling,and the validity of the simulation model is demonstrated,and the evaluation indicator weights and the threshold values in the improved harmony algorithm are determined.The scheduling results of the CT-IHS-DG algorithm and the SGHS-DG(Self-Adaptive Global Best Harmony Search-Dynamic Game Algorithm)and the actual manual scheduling method in the port are experimented and compared through the simulation model.The experimental results show that the CT-IHS-DG algorithm can effectively reduce the total ship completion time,improve the machinery utilization,and effectively optimize the resource operation balance.In summary,this thesis constructs a mathematical model and proposes an intelligent scheduling algorithm based on a detailed analysis of the actual scheduling problem.Comparative experiments on the simulation model show that the value of the port efficiency evaluation function of the CT-IHS-DG algorithm is better than the SGHS-DG algorithm and the manual scheduling.It can effectively alleviate the problem of high dependence on manual scheduling and high labor costs in ports.
