Research On Construction Technology Management Based On Jinmen Deep Foundation Pit Engineering

Deep foundation pit engineering includes the design and control of foundationpit support structure, underground water control, foundation pit earth excavation,engineering monitoring and protection of surrounding environment etc.; it involves astrong practice, there are many uncertainties influencing the foundation pitengineering, making the deep foundation pit engineering have great risks. Currentlydeep foundation construction technology is relatively mature, but still frequentlyappears around the country in recent years, even the collapse of the deformation ofdeep foundation projects, deep foundation construction caused more serious impact onthe surrounding environment, deep foundation construction support in the form of thebody caused by the construction of the late great obstacles, etc., so the smoothimplementation of deep excavation, depends not only on the current development ofconstruction technology, is more important than the overall design of optimizedconstruction plan reasonable choice, technological innovation and new technologymechanism use and other aspects of development, combined with the designimplementation process technology management, will make deep excavationconstruction projects completed better security, duration, cost targets, construction ofthe main structure of the latter will give a good foundation.Based on the deep foundation pit engineering of Jinmen in Tianjin, this paper isto research the construction technology management of deep foundation pit byfocusing on the foundation pit proposal optimization at the early stage of constructionand construction technology management of each process in the process ofconstruction and it is mainly concluded as follows:(1) Management of deep foundation needs to establish a sound, rigorousmanagement systems and technology through technology management.(2) A reasonable choice of design is the foundation of deep foundationconstruction technology management. From the construction point of view, economicand schedule requirements of owners involved in the design stage management,making excavation site construction design is conducive to better ensure the safety ofdeep foundation. (3) Deep foundation construction technology management structure mainly fromthe building envelope construction quality control, construction of precipitationinformation management, earthwork excavation methods, innovation managementsupport demolition, excavation whole process of monitoring information managementand emergency management; First should develop economical, safe and reliable deepfoundation construction technology program, the process in strict accordance withtechnical solutions, the use of new technologies manage the whole process of theconstruction pit, pit construction quality control to ensure the successful completionof excavation and effective protection of the surrounding environment.
