The Research Of Comprehensive Efficiency Management Measures Of Equipment Based On TPM Of The Powerhouse Of H Enterprise

In the competitive landscape of economic globalization, how to improve theinvestment returns and service efficiency of equipment assets and reduceproduction cost are issues which every enterprise should carefully face. Totalproductive maintenance (TPM) has been proved to be a successful equipmentmanagement model in the global scope. TPM takes equipment maintenance andmanagement as the entry point. Through the independent preservation activitieswith all staff actively participation and continuous improvement process of dribsand drabs, it helps to establish the mechanism to nip in the bud and play animportant role in reducing production cost, improving comprehensive efficiencyof equipment (OEE), improving operating management of enterprise andenhancing the competitiveness of enterprise. As a key national antibioticsproduction base and the country’s large one class pharmaceutical enterprise (Henterprise for short), Harbin pharmaceutical group general pharmaceuticalfactory strategically brings in TPM equipment management system. Thepowerhouse of H enterprise, as the first unit to initiate the TPM system,established brand new and more scientific and reasonable equipmentmanagement modes. The establishing of TPM equipment management modeprovides an effective method for improving the comprehensive efficiency ofequipment and brings some visible and invisible profits, for example, all staffs’mental attitude. But there are still some problems and shortages and greatpotential need to be explored in improving the comprehensive efficiency ofequipment.Based on the study of the basic theory of TPM, the article makes an in-depthanalysis and research of the construction and application modes of TPM systemin powerhouses of H enterprise. In combination with the actual situation ofpowerhouses, it makes an analysis of the overall equipment efficiency (OEE). Atthe same time, it effectively and selectively analyzes the key factors that affectthe comprehensive efficiency of the equipments, discussed the inner relationshipbetween TPM and OEE and the problem of how to use OEE to promote TPMimplementation effects in dynamic workshop. Finally, it analyzes some problems raised in the application of TPM system in powerhouses and put forward thesolutions tentatively. Ultimately, it makes an analysis in the aspects of TPMactivity improvement, operational production and system improvement in thepowerhouse of H enterprise and puts forwards the protocol of management levelin improving the comprehensive efficiency of equipment.
