| Port is an important link to realize the circulation of goods between international and domestic trade,and plays a very important role in promoting the economic development of our country.However,for a long time,many port enterprises have not formed a correct understanding of equipment management and neglected the management of equipment.Even though some port enterprises have realized the importance of equipment management,they have not put forward a set of feasible equipment management strategies in the actual operation process,resulting in great defects and drawbacks in equipment management,which has seriously hindered the port.China’s port construction has maintained rapid and stable development,which has effectively promoted the continuous improvement of the technical level of port machinery and equipment.Taking Qingdao Port as an example,there are more and more kinds of port machinery and equipment,and the structure is more and more complex.While promoting the rapid economic development,there are also shortcomings in equipment management.Therefore,this paper takes Qingdao Port as the research object,combs and summarizes the domestic and foreign literature on equipment management and fine management port construction,takes Qingdao Port equipment fine management mode as the main research issue,discusses the new port equipment management mode,summarizes and analyses the development process of equipment management,summarizes the application and development of fine management,and based on the whole life cycle theory.Fine management scheme is proposed to improve the efficiency of equipment management.(1)In view of the analysis of the prospects of the port industry and the common problems of equipment management in the port,a questionnaire is designed from four aspects:equipment management,organizational structure,equipment operation and maintenance,and supporting equipment management.The problems of equipment management in Qingdao Port are investigated on the spot,and the problems of equipment management in Qingdao Port are analyzed,including inadequate attention to equipment management and supporting facilities.Problems such as low matching,heavy use of equipment management and light maintenance are highlighted.In order to solve the above problems,according to the specific links of the equipment,this paper focuses on the elaboration of the implementation plan,trying to improve the shortcomings of equipment management in Qingdao Port.(2)Based on the survey results of Qingdao Port Equipment Management Questionnaire and the life cycle theory,the equipment management is divided into four aspects:equipment installation and commissioning,equipment operation,equipment maintenance management and equipment maintenance management;the elaborate management assessment scale is designed,including the function refinement of relevant departments,performance assessment,and each stage of equipment management is elaborated to each item.Indicators;put forward the corresponding assessment methods,according to each index put forward specific calculation steps.(3)The efficiency index of each stage in the life cycle of the equipment is measured by using the method of equipment efficiency evaluation in stages and according to the specific evaluation quantification table designed.The calculation results show that the equipment utilization efficiency in the four key stages of installation,commissioning,operation,maintenance and management are 90.45%,88.4%,85.75%and 87.1%,respectively.On the whole,the efficiency of equipment management in all stages of equipment is at a high level,and the efficiency level is above 85%.The problems of equipment management are identified through specific secondary indicators.(4)In the past,equipment management focused on the management status of equipment in a certain period of time,which separated the relevancy of all stages in the whole life cycle of equipment.In this paper,the efficiency of the whole life cycle of the equipment is taken as the evaluation index,and the efficiency level of the whole life cycle is only 59.72%through the improved OEEG calculation.From the whole life cycle of the equipment,the utilization efficiency of the equipment is at a low level.Finally,an improved method based on equipment life cycle is proposed.Aiming at the efficiency level in the whole life cycle of equipment and combining with the actual application of equipment in the company,specific measures are put forward from the four key stages of equipment installation and commissioning,operation,maintenance management and maintenance management,and a scientific and rational equipment management system is constructed in order to improve the utilization efficiency of equipment and improve the comprehensive efficiency of the whole life cycle of equipment. |
