As the lifeblood of power grid operation, transmission lines is the people’s livelihood"lifeline" in the power delivery and global optimization plays an important role. With the ACtransmission voltage level of the development of saturated trends, transmission mainindicator of the level of technological development to improve the transmission voltagelevels by a gradual transition to improve the reliability of electricity supply. Compared withthe overhead lines and underground cable lines with reliable operation and security ofelectricity supply, etc., power grid construction in the city is gaining more and more widelyused.This article designs in the goal is encircles between the Weili transformer substation~Doumen terminal station in Xiamen to design a220kV cable line, the design contentincluding the electric cable section, the transmission route, the placing form choice. Inencircles the Weili transformer substation this issue220kV electric cable to go beyond a line2, after a chapter of turning on electric cable Doumen terminal station, with original Xiaan Ichapter of under-sea cable line docking, another nearby Doumen terminal station electriccable final terminal after newly built Xiaan I chapter of#48terminal tower and originalXiaan I chapter of overhead line docking turns on the peaceful pocket transformer substation,in forms Yingchun~Weili, Weili~Andou two chapter of lines. In the normal operation situation, when Weili~Andou a chapterroute suspends shipment, another chapter electric capacity is not lower than500MVA.This article first through the technical nature and the efficient synthesis comparisonchoice way plan, and calculates electric cable’s current-carrying capacity by to determine theelectric cable cross sectional area and electric cable’s system of laying. In addition, thisarticle design content also includes Weili transformer substation and Doumen terminalstation to enter the going beyond a line arrangement, as well as to connector cable, electriccable appendix, cable line anti-radar with earth, aspect and so on cable termination towerarrangement designs, and to cable line’s temperature monitoring and the fire prevention,draining water, the illumination, the ventilation system and so on has made the briefintroduction. This project when passes through the urban district main road uses the long distance top pipe technology, this article carries on the detailed explanation to this section oftop pipe tunnel’s special design, and draws up the labor well and the top pipe arranges theCAD chart coordination explanation.
