| This paper first designate the urban old residential district water supply existingproblems, such as entering household for meter reading, charge through summarywater-meter, water quality secondary pollution, etc. The key to solve the problem liesin tansfromation of old residential district water supply system, mainly includes meterout-set of household water-meter and water supply mode transfromation.Under the background on Fuzhou mass deleloped water-meter transfromation inold residential district, evaluating reconstruction project and basing on transfromationprinciple, combined with problems appeared in Fuzhou one meter per householdertransfromation, proposed the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions. Fromrotor type water-meter diameter, installation position, water-meter rotation and romotewater metering system, etc, discussed the concrete methods of meter out-set, and thesynchronization measures of pipeline, roof tank and secondary pressure device. Thatlays the engineering technology foundation for old residential district water supplysystem reasonable transfromation.From system engineering angle, water supply mode transfromation is emphasisand aslo difficulty, this part is not only directly affect the one-time investment, projectmanagement and operation of water facilities in the link too, therefore, it is necessaryto analyze existing water supply modes from the angle of engineering application rel-atively deeply. Based on this, introduced various water suppls modes briefly, analyzedand discussed from the energy saving angle emphatically, proposed the suggestion forengineering design, and introduced regional pressurization concept.Transfromation of trade settlement water-meter in urban old residential district isa term of system engineering, objective evaluation on householder meter out-set modeand secondary water supply mode through analytic hierarchy process, establish theirown judgment criterion combined evaluating quantity scale, then calculated the muxi-mum of comprehensive weight as the optimal manner. The results showed that usingremote meter mode and pool-pump-elevated water tank combined water supply modeis the relatively better tarnsfromation way. Through the measurement of Fuzhou old residential water quality pre and postwater supply transformation, the comparison result show that the quality had improveafter the project, water retention time under residual chlorine concentration index isintroduced to engineering design should ensure water quality better. In allusion to lotsusing pressure-superposed device in Fuzhou one meter per householder project, anal-yzed the the reliability of pump based on measuring device operation data, discussedhow to choose the device model with reason combined engineering instance. Thepipeline transient flow theory was applied in the infulence of municipal pipeline pres-sure come from the pressure-superposed device, and simulate pipeline operation statewith engineering instance, then proposed the improved ways of the device.Finally, established the optimization model of householder water-meter transfro-Mation from the angle of engineering economics, found the balance point in the watersupply system energy consumption and investment, established the cost function andmodel combined with instance, and solved the water meter out-set and secondary pre-ssurization mode under the optimal conditions of annualize expenses. |
