With the increasing of high-rise building hospital and its professional specialty,its water usage and secondary water supply energy consumption are more than other buildings,so the water and energy saving of hospital is more and more necessary.There are few studies about secondary water consumption and its variation law of high-rise building hospital,which caused the inaccuracy and insufficiency of its design parameters and design basis,these are main reasons of the water supply system's energy wastage.To study the water consumption variation law of high-rise building hospital and provide technical assistance for its secondary water supply energy saving,a grade A class three hospital located in Tianjin downtown was chosen and its water consumption was real-time monitored in this research.Maximum and average daily water consumption variation laws were obtained: there were two peaks of drinking water consumption;the largest occurrence probability of maximum hourly flow was between 7am and 8 am,the largest occurrence probability of maximum flow per second was more likely to happen during morning peak;the hour variation coefficient Kh of maximum and average daily water consumption are both approximate 1.4,which is far less than 2.0~2.5 from Kh design basis.The effect of temperature,month and workday on water use law was studied to draw these conclusions: There is a strong correlation between daily water usage and temperature;water usages are different in different months and seasons,but the water use laws are similar;water usage of work day is more concentrate,water usage of weekend is scatter and postponed.To study the law of water consumption of different buildings,the author chooses an office building and a residential area for real-time online monitoring,analysis of their water consumption laws.The water use law which was obtained throw monitoring was used to optimize pump set,to insure the efficient operation of pump set during common occurred flow range,MVL20-6 and MVL8-6 pumps were chosen,one more MVL20-6 pump was chosen as backup,a pressure tank was also chosen.When the instantaneous flow rate is less than 10m3/h in the nighttime,MVL20-6 stops running,and the water supply scheme is variable frequency water supply by MVL8-6 pump and pressure tank.When the instantaneous flow rate is more than 10m3/h and less than 28m3/h,MVL8-6 stops running,and the water supply scheme is variable frequency water supply by MVL20-6 pump and pressure tank.When the instantaneous flow rate is more than 28m3/h,the water is supplied by MVL20-6 pump and MVL8-6 pump and pressure tank.When the instantaneous flow rate is quite low,there is no need to run MVL8-6,pressure tank alone can keep supplying water.This research provided a reference for pump selection and operation of high-rise building hospital secondary water supply system,which is also helpful for energy saving of pump set.
