| Circulating fluidized bed technology, as a new generation combustion technologywhich is highly efficient-low emission combustion technology, has been widely developedin China in recent years. Now China has been already the world’s largest country in theapplication of circulating fluidized bed boiler, the capacity within100~330MWCFB ofcirculating fluidized bed boiler has been mass production,600MW supercritical classcirculating fluidized bed boiler has also been put into operation. CFB boiler will have verylarge potential of development in China in the foreseeable future.The biggest difference, compare to the conventional pulverized coal boiler,is thatthere is a lot of recycled bed materials in the furnace of Circulating fluidized bed boiler.Good fluidized quality is the premise of boiler safe and stable operation. If theunreasonable design of air distribution device, resulting in bad fluidized, some areas in thefurnace will result in over-temperature furnace coke, the boiler will be unable to runcontinuously and safely.The subject investigated of this article is the135MW class circulating fluidized bedboiler which has been put into operation. Because of unreasonable design of the primaryair chamber, the fluidized quality is deviated with the original design. To solve theseproblems, this article use the numerical simulation to analyse and make the rebuild plan. |
