The technology of circulating fluidized bed boiler is a new clean coal technology developed rapidly in recent 20 years,this is mainly due to the following advantages:compared with the conventional pulverized coal boiler,circulating fluidized bed boiler combustion with high efficiency,stable combustion can achieve better effect,low temperature combustion,the fuel utilization rate is high.Because of the circulating fluidized bed boiler with smoke ventilation system is complex,the smoke duct and related fan configuration compared to the traditional pulverized coal boiler in many complex,the whole design of primary air system of the rationality of boiler plant electricity rate has a great impact,so in order to improve the economy of the power plant,so we need to smoke the wind system of circulating fluidized bed boiler to study.The whole working process of circulating fluidized bed boiler system and complex,one of the primary air system in the whole process plays an important role in the primary air system is mainly composed of a blower,air duct,air preheater and air chamber.In this paper,based on the 220t/h circulating fluidized bed boiler of a Petrochemical Industries Co,the key components of the primary air system are studied and designed.According to the relevant theory and experience,the primary air fan,air duct and air supply room in the primary air system are designed.The air chamber is an important part of a wind system,has an important effect on the rationality of the structure of the whole boiler fuel flow,this paper based on the relevant fluid theory and CFD software Fluent,the air of indoor air flow is analyzed,according to the analysis of reasons of the simulation results,put forward the improvement scheme the air chamber structure,at the same time to verify.The parameters of the angle between the bottom and the horizontal direction of the air chamber are studied,and the optimum angle of BMCR is obtained.
