Regional power grid control center is the commander of the regionalgrid operation. It needs to handle several tasks, such as arranging annualpower grid operation plan and to ensure the important users power supply, etc. But most of those tasks are completed by hand, which leads toerror-prone. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a system, which coulddevelop optimization program from power grid topology and the typicalload curve for power grid operation automatically. This operationintelligent management system can not only develop operation optimizationprogram automatically and improve work efficiency, but also improve theaccuracy and reliability of regional power grid greatly. The main contents of this dissertation including:(1)Modeling of regional power grid based on the Common InformationModel. To ensure the system has a strong versatility and interactivity, wemodel regional power grid based on the Common Information Model. Theregional power grid modeling provides the technical foundation for ourfollow-up work.(2)Proposed regional power grid operation optimization algorithmwhich is based on substation feasible operation coding. Firstly, we codesubstation feasible operation by decimal coding, which reducing the size ofthe solution space greatly. Secondly, in order to further reduce the size ofthe solution space and avoid power grid loop operation, we establishregional power grid loop operation rule database. Thirdly, we establish theevaluation system for power grid operation based on experience. Finally,we establish intelligent management algorithm for regional power grid operation.(3)Developed a regional power grid operation intelligent managementsystem. This system has been deployed in a regional power in northeast. The system is running well, which verify the effectiveness and feasibilityof this system.
