In recent years,the planning,construction and operation of the power grid have been greatly improved,but there are still some problems:(1)the safety and reliability of power grid operation is relatively low;(2)the utilization efficiency of the equipment and the economy of power grid operation are not satisfactory.To address these problems,it is necessary to carry out research on the analysis and evaluation system of regional power grids,which can make correct and reasonable analysis and assessment on the safety,reliability and economic operation levels of the power grid timely and effectively.This paper quantitatively evaluates the safety,reliability and economy of grid operation by analyzing a large number of electrical equipment parameters and operational data stored in the grid energy management system(EMS).The specific work includes:(1)Designed an analysis and evaluation index system for regional power grid operation and corresponding calculation methods.A series of evaluation indicators and corresponding calculation methods are designed from the aspects of regional power grid safety,reliability and economy to comprehensively evaluate the regional power grid operation.(2)Designed and implemented a B/S mode analysis and evaluation system for the regional grid operation.First,a database containing the data of electrical equipment,grid operations,and evaluation index was designed.The system periodically retrieves the required data from the EMS of each city's power grid and performs necessary data cleaning.Then the data is transferred to the local database as the basis of the calculation of various evaluation indicators.The system is developed in the B/S mode.The professionals can query the device information,operational data and indicator data through the web.The query results can be displayed visually through the form of graphs and tables.
