The blueprint of the country’s "14th Five-Year Plan" provides a direction for future social and economic development.With the arrival of the "14th Five-Year Plan",the development of the national economy and people’s living standards will continue to improve.At the same time,the society’s demand for electricity is gradually increasing,and the requirements for power supply quality and power supply reliability will become higher and higher.The distribution power network is an important part of the power grid,an important infrastructure for regional power supply,and an important link for customers to obtain power.In recent years,the development of the regional economy has placed higher and higher requirements on the power supply load and quality of the local power grid.The reasonable planning and transformation of the regional power grid can effectively alleviate the contradiction between regional power supply and demand,improve the reliability and safety of power supply,and promote the healthy development of the regional economy Effective method.This paper takes the southern regional power grid of Dawu County as the planning object.First,combining the actual situation of regional economic and social development and the requirements of power supply companies on strengthening the planning and construction of the distribution network,the current situation of the southern power grid is analyzed,and the main points of the southern regional distribution power grid planning are proposed index.Then,based on the actual local situation,based on the gray forecast model,combined with other analysis methods,the improved gray forecast model is used to predict the load of the Southern Power Grid.and use the relationship between load,power consumption,and maximum load hours utilization.Conducted a comprehensive analysis of mutual verification,combined with the analysis results and inspection standards,and further obtained the optimal forecasting plan for this area.Then use this plan as a guide for the construction of the distribution power network in the southern region,systematically plan and design the 110 kV power grid,35 kV power grid,and 10 kV power grid in the southern region,further optimize the network structure,simplify the voltage level,Strengthen the construction and transformation of low and medium-voltage distribution power networks for regional characteristic issues such as“low voltage”.According to the future development load of each power supply grid and the current status of the existing grid,the grid planning scheme of each power supply grid is given,and the N-1 contact rate before and after the planned transformation is simply compared,which effectively improves risk resilience of the medium-voltage distribution network in the southern region.Finally,perform index calculation and comprehensive analysis of power flow for the design load forecasting scheme and planning scheme,fully demonstrate the feasibility of this plan,and make simple technical and economic calculations for the planning scheme to ensure that the investment in the scheme is within a reasonable budget range.The planning is to question-and-demand-driven,further to sort out and optimize planning projects,improve the planning and construction of the southern regional distribution network,and better guide the construction of the southern region "14th Five-Year Plan" distribution power network,and the promote of local distribution power network construction qualit.
