Press-mounting machine, as one of the most important industrialmanufacturing in the field of production equipment, is widely used inmachinery, electronics, Automotive, aerospace and other industries.Press-mounting aims to meet the objectives of the inspection and testanalysis of interference ensure that blending amount of the target objectimpress-mounting can be controlled in a certain range.In this paper, differential servo press-mounting system is designedbased on the SPL method which take the automobile rear axle bushingpress-mounting equipment as an example.The main content of this paper is as follows:1) This paper expounds the background of system research and thestatus quo at home and abroad, and points out the differential the overalldesign scheme of the differential servo press-mounting system based onSPL after introduce the technology of SPL.2) Establish the finite element model of the pressed work piece, whichtakes the rear axle as an example, and simulates the contrast between thetraditional pressure effect and differential pressure effect on the structure ofthe work piece. The deformation of the press-mounting machine during theinstallation process has also being simulated. And the results show that thedifferential pressure equipment structure is better than the traditional one.3) This paper introduces the software and hardware design goal andoverall structure of the system. And then the paper introduces the software design based on SPL, completed the overall design of software system andmodular design based on visual c++, based on the analysis of systemrequirements installation. At the same time the eligibility test module isdesigned based on visual inspection. Automobile driving axle press basedon differential servo system installation has been tested and analyzed.4) As the Differential servo Press-mounting system has much toimprove, the paper put forward the further research direction, such assoftware structure optimization, the eligibility of judgment algorithmoptimization and so on.
