Thermal power station is a very important role in the industrial field, and theenvironment is very poor, the production process is more complex. Traditional way ofmanual control affected by human factors is bigger, and the reliability is not high, can’tmeet current demand, realize the production automation has very importantsignificance.Based on a thermal power station auxiliary system of project construction as thebackground, the detailed process flow and thermal power plant4sets of auxiliarysystem are analyzed on the basis of field devices, discusses on the Siemens PCS7platform, how to make use of Siemens S7-300PLC computer control of eachsubsystem.Based on a thermal power station auxiliary system of project construction as thebackground, the detailed process flow and thermal power plant4sets of auxiliarysystem are analyzed on the basis of field devices, discusses on the Siemens PCS7platform, how to make use of Siemens S7-300PLC computer control of eachsubsystem.With PLC (Programmable Logic Controller), the rapid development of it absorbsthe latest achievements of the microelectronics technology and computer technology,from single machine automation to the automation of the whole production line, andeven the whole factory production automation, PLC plays an important role, it occupiesthe first place in the factory automation equipment. This topic is set in a thermal powerstation auxiliary system, introduces in detail the PCS7platform, using the Siemens S7 series PLC in the thermal power station auxiliary system of coal, limestone crushingsystem, circulating water system, ash air compressor station4condom system to realizeautomatic control. Through the analysis and study of four sets of system process,respectively from the hardware selection, hardware configuration, control plan andstrategies, program design, the configuration design aspects discussed in detail, for eachsystem to realize the control function of the discussion, the main monitoring systemframe. For the project installation, commissioning and operation stages summarize allkinds of problems.After the operation, the new system successfully realizes the equipment dataacquisition, centralized operation, real-time monitoring, data storage, fault alarmfunctions, thoroughly improve the system control and management ability. Reduces theoperation of the workers’ labor intensity, saving the maintenance cost.
