In recent years, the vibration accident always happen. structural vibration cause theattention of people increasingly. Due to industrial production plant often equipped withlarge power equipment, usually the process changes or equipment update, the originalstructure stiffness and strength can not meet the requirements so vibration problems ismore common in industrial production. Not only directly affect the normal industrialproduction, but also on the physical and mental health of workers caused a seriousthreat. In this paper, base on the floor vibration problem of a coal pulp industrial plant,we do dynamic test on the vibrate floor and carry out the finite element analysis then wefind out the reason for the floor vibration and propose appropriate dampingreinforcement scheme. finally we solve the vibration problem. At last we combined withthe engineering practice and put forward suggestions of dealing with similar problem.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1) We do dynamic characteristics test on the vibrate floor and measured vibrationresponse of the structure under different equipment working conditions, get theacceleration, velocity time history curve of floor. By the method of spectrum analysisfind the vibration source frequency and inherent frequency of the structure floor. on thisbasis we do a preliminary analysis on the reason of floor vibration is equipmentoperating frequency close to the floor natural frequency of vibration result in resonanceeffect.(2) We establish a simplified finite element model of beam and slab, and then wecarry out the modal analysis on this model. Get each order mode shapes andcorresponding vibration frequency of structure carry out the harmonic response analysis show that the vibration of the floor displacement of typical feature points-frequencyresponse curve. Find out the maximum displacement response of the structure at eachfrequency point and possible resonance frequency band. Combined with the measureddata to determine the reasonableness of harmonic analysis, do a further analysis on thereal reasons for the floor vibration. the frequency close to produced the resonance effect,the relative lack of rigidity of the floor structure is also one of the causes of excessivevibration(3) Combined with the results of the analysis, proposed increases the size of thebeam section reinforcement scheme and vibration isolation scheme, establish thecorresponding finite element model to analysis and compare the strengthening effect onthe vibration. Finally, the vibration problem is solved by the solution of isolation. At lastwe give the appropriate damping reinforcement proposal.Finally, this paper summarize the research work, and propose the research subjectwhich need to be further addressed in the future.
