Large population and relative shortage, energy resources in our country in recentyears, excessive consumption of energy resources and the environmental pollution hasseriously restricted the economic sustainable development of our country. Atpresent,China’s building energy consumption accounts for about1/3of the total energyconsumption in the whole society. Existing buildings is one of the largest part ofenergy consumption of building energy consumption, energy saving renovation ofexisting buildings is the most important ways of building energy efficiency, to reducethe total energy consumption.Cold region in China (winter heating area) with larger area, has a widedistribution cold area of residential building energy saving transformation, is toimprove people’s living environment, reduce building energy consumption is too much,to save energy. Reduce the air pollution and protect the environment.Based on the ling bao region representative residential in the90s, for example, byfield testing, computer simulation and theoretical calculation three methods of buildingenergy consumption evaluation. Ling Bao city has both the characteristics of typicalresidential are analyzed, summarized the main cause of existing residential buildingenergy-saving.Technically integrated objective factors such as climate condition, hasthe characteristics of both the residential building, the existing residential buildingenergy-saving reform is relatively feasible technical measures, put forward theenclosure structure energy saving renovation measures to plan, design and choose the point, in addition, using the DeST-h software to modify building energy consumptionsimulation analysis, economy analysis and optimal selection and scheme is putforward.Research of this paper is to hope that through the present situation of existingresidential building energy-saving analysis, proposed from two aspects of technologyand economy existing residential building energy conservation transformation isrelatively feasible technical scheme and measures, and existing residential buildingenergy-saving renovation for the areas to provide powerful theoretical guidance andtechnical support, to the in the west of Henan area existing residential buildingenergy-saving renovation work contribute the smoothly.
