Construct The Field Where The New Local-style Dwelling Houses Building Design Method Research

In the background of the rapid development of urbanization, China’s countryside isundergoing profound changes: the transition period generally showed "thousands ofvillage side" of the issue. The following points is the main reason:(一) Thegeographical and cultural heritage by the strong impact of globalization andmodernization, which can show the original residential buildings geographical featuresand other aspects of the essence of things gradually been buried;(二) In the city ofunder the influence of whether it is for residential users in the form of houses or ondemand using the function has a tendency to mimic the architecture of the houses of thecity, resulting in the continuation of the local vernacular architecture culture wasdestroyed.(三) The lack of theoretical and technical support, our rural houses in thetransition process, appeared to ignore history and tradition, blindly follow the trend ofother phenomena. Therefore, a new residential building regional research in the newera of social background mode and method performance is very important.This paper attempts to carry out the conversion of traditional houses from the areaof space research, and other decorative elements; well as from the cultural dimensionof development models to find a reasonable way of residential buildings. But downfrom the constructivist perspective to resolve conversion issues new residential buildingmaterials. Construction of the introduction of the theory provides a new perspective toour study of how to use residential building materials. And because residentialconstruction in the form of materials and space are the result of the use of performance,then construct expression and application of the material is a powerful weapon to solvethe disappearance of geographical and cultural characteristics of the problem. The paper takes residential buildings in Guanzhong region as an example andsummarizes the problems of gradual disappearance of regional culture characteristicsin the current situation of application of residential materials from three aspectsincluding background of globalization, regional culture background and theoreticalbackground of construction as well as blind application of new building materials andconstruction. Additionally, the paper indicates the importance of the direction ofstudying the application of materials in modern dwellings in Guanzhong region fromthe vision of construction.The paper firstly classifies, summarizes and teases building materials of dwellingsin Guanzhong region, explores and analyzes the problems of means of expression andthe current situation of application of various types of building materials of dwellingsand provides certain reference for expression and application of materials in newdwelling houses in modern Guanzhong region. Secondly, the paper adopts the researchmethod of contrastive analysis and points out application prospect of materials throughexpounding four aspects including characteristics and application scope of materials,concrete construction technologies and applied parts of materials, value evaluation andfuture applicability of materials and contrastive analysis of material application withsame components. Finally, the paper explores the concrete components of newdwelling houses in Guanzhong region in the aspect of construction and takesarchitecture and design idea of new dwelling houses, problems, feedbacks andmodification upon completion as the main core research content so as to summarizethe model of new dwelling houses with regional culture characteristics of Guanzhongand integrating appropriate technologies.
