Subway construction project has become an important means to solve the problem of urban roadtraffic congestion. And it also developed the urban underground space. By2013, the construction ofcity track traffic mileage of our country has reached more than2000kilometers, there are34cityplanning more than4300kilometers of the line, involving a total investment of2trillion yuan. Since2012, the National Development and Reform Commission approved the25rail transit constructionplan, involving18cities, with a total investment of more than822.7billion yuan. As the focus ofTianjin’s urban infrastructure projects,90kilometers of subway in Tianjin has been being built thisyear, and it is expected that in2016, Tianjin Metro accumulated mileage will reach230kilometers.This is the golden age of underground construction and development, but subway constructioncompleted on schedule remains very difficult because of the high requirements of constructiontechnology, a large amount of investment and a wide range of issues. Faced with such a complicatedsystematic project, the traditional project management methods can not be done very well, result inthe metro project often have to change plans to extend the time for completion. Through thecollection and analysis of literature data, this thesis adopts CCPM method to improve the projectschedule management mode of subway and studied as follows:1Through the consult massive literature and summarize, introduce the basic theory of CCPM,human behavior hypothesis of CCPM, classification and calculation of buffer, description of CCPMapplication steps, and then CCPM horizontally contrast with traditional network plan schedulemanagement method, come to the conclusion that CCPM is superior to the traditional schedulemethod.2Introduce a few major features of subway project schedule management, indicating CCPMapplication advantages on the subway project schedule management. According to thecharacteristics of subway construction project, improved CCPM calculation method of the buffer.By calculating the reduction factor of the duration, risk preference and the weight number of theprocesses position, get the answer of the critical chain buffer size, and based on this algorithm isderived CCPM metro project schedule management model.3By studying the Cheng lin dao Station project of Tianjin Metro Line5, the CCPM are applied in this project to obtain the optimized project schedule, comparing with the traditionalmethod, come to the conclusion that CCPM can optimize the subway project schedulemanagement.4The summary of research results in this paper are obtained, and the paper also discussdeficiencies in the CCPM theory, finally, put forward the development direction in the future.
