| Since the reform and opening up,with the rapid development of the power industry,the number of substation construction is increasing rapidly.But at the same time there are many problems in the construction of substations,these problems will eventually hinder the construction progress of substations.At present,the biggest problem in the process of substation construction is the delay of schedule caused by the obsolescence of schedule management method,control management and lack of experience in planning.Based on this,this paper first studies the actual situation of a substation project management,and analyzes several problems in the process of construction management:First,the traditional schedule management technology does not consider the constraints between resources.Second,the team members’ safety boundaries and other factors lead to further extension of the construction time.Third,the combination of multiple activity paths makes it difficult to grasp the project safety time.Secondly,this paper applies the critical chain technology to further study the project,controls the project safety time,so as to accurately locate the critical chain and ensure the effect of resource use,on the basis of controlling the construction schedule of the project,the safety time of reducing the project is studied.Keep project safety time within the most optimistic time range.Finally,in order to control the overall progress of the project and optimize the effect of the project implementation,this paper set up a buffer management warning chart,combined with the management mode of traffic light,green light and yellow light,to ensure the project progress control within a reasonable range.After the implementation of the A substation project,it was found that the actual construction period was reduced by 40 days compared with the original plan,and the cost was reduced by more than five hundred and thirty thousand yuan.Therefore,the key chain technology analyzed in this paper is more feasible based on theory and practice,it can provide path guidance for the same type of project development and ensure the reasonable development of project engineering. |
