Research On Schedule Management Of Underwater Acoustic Transducer Acoustic Test System Project Of LHZB Ltd.

In recent years,the development of sonar technology in our country,the relevant departments to put forward higher requirements for sonar in underwater transducer test function.The necessary conditions for acoustic testsystem as the guarantee of underwater acoustic transducer sensitivity,directivity and uniformity,need to be controlled by computer test process,automatically range tracking,data sampling,automatic calculation ofprocessing the measured data and output results.But because ofunderwater acoustic transducer acoustic test project schedule management system is complex,in the planning stage is facing manyuncertain factors,many interfering factors in the implementation stage.This paper takes the project schedule management,critical path method(CPM),project evaluation and review technique(PERT)and the critical chain project management(CCPM)method are introduced,the research status and summarized the method to analyze the key chain and buffer size computation problem.At the same time,the project of underwater acoustic transducer acoustic test system of LHZB company WBS decomposition.Estimate the project activity duration,by using Project 2010 software,developed the project network plan,find out the key chain.In order to ensure the project plan conforms to the time requirement,the progress of the project has been optimized,setting the buffer region.The final impact on the progress of the project factors analysis,and put forward control measures.This paper makes a deep analysis on the optimization of the relevant contents of project schedule management,through the use of WBS decomposition task refinement,find the key chain,also set the buffer,to adjust the project plan,strictly control the project progress,make the LHZB underwater acoustic transducer acoustic test system project in the prerequisite of ensuring quality,according to the construction cycle is complete.At the same time,also accumulated experience for the follow-up project management company,laid the foundation for the study of control and optimization schedule.
