Research On Risk Control Of Owner In Project Construction Process

In this thesis, the actual case of the ZZ Digital Park project, from theperspective of the developers of the owner, to analyze the possible risks in theproject during construction, to ensure the smooth implementation of the project toprovide better support and warranties. In this study, the ZZ Digital Park projectconstruction phase risk management process, following the Risk identification-Risk Assessment-risk response process and provide better support to the study ofrisk management for the ZZ Digital Park project construction phase the owner.Firstly, the research background, research significance, research status athome and abroad are analyzed, the ZZ Digital Park project introduced basic; thismay be related to risk management related to the theoretical analysis; applying thedecomposition analysis method of ZZ Digital Park project risk identification,made use of the method real estate development project risk identification of thegeneral steps, for the project risk management process in the first work content:risk identification are discussed, with the analysis of the construction projectowner in the process of the possible risks; proposed the real estate developmentproject owner risk evaluation of the general steps, to build a more comprehensiveZZ Digital Park project risk evaluation index system, and the matter elementmodel was introduced to ZZ Digital Park project risk assessment modelconstruction, aiming at the identification of risks, which can impact on thesituation to carry on the appraisal, to the types of risk response provides the basis;study of ZZ Digital Park project construction period risk coping strategies that, inview of the identified risks, based on its risk evaluation The results, the owner ’spoint of view, to take different measures to deal with, in order to ensure thesmooth implementation of the project.
