The structure of the concrete mixer truck mainly has two parts: automobilechassis and stirring device. The automobile chassis provides power for carrying and tank,stirring device loads and stirs concrete, tank is an important part of the stirring device.With the continuous improvement of user requirements, manufacturers to improve productquality, reduce production cost and demand has become increasingly prominent in thefierce competition. Therefore, the diversification〠generalization and simulation researchof the tank is imperative.In this paper, CAD/CAE technology will be combined together effectively, CAD isused to realize the parametric design for single or double cone of the rear cone ofconcrete mixer truck tank, through the CAE analysis of the simulation results provide animportant basis for the design of the CAD material and geometry optimization model. ByCAD/CAE technology in computer aided design instead of experience design, improvethe repeated design of the past product single mode, the rationality of the structuredesign more easily verified in trial production, which can realize the effective circulationof design, simulation evaluation, and redesign, greatly improve the efficiency andaccuracy of design, reduce the design cycle and design cost. This topic to addoblique section of concrete stirring tank as the research object, the research mainly hasfollowing several aspects:(1) This paper introduces the working principle of concrete mixer truck tank and thematerial discharging mechanism. This paper studies the concrete mixer truck tank weldingby the rear cone, oblique section, front cone and the middle cylindrical body, breaking theprevious structure composed of three parts. Add oblique section can reduce the center ofgravity of the height of tank, increase the stability of the vehicle. Through materialdischarging mechanism, studies the tank’s effective critical path under the additionaloblique section structure.(2) Established the mathematical model of the cylinder and blades. In this paper,when design the tank cylinder body and the spiral blades, based on mixer tank and mixingblades’ spiral generatrix structure parameters as design parameters, deduced the mathematical formula under the new structure of cylinder and blade. To establish themathematical model of programming required.(3) Research on the parametric modeling process of secondary development. In thispaper, the design parameters accord to the small end cone, oblique section, frontcone diameter, helix angle and height of the rear cone, oblique section, front cone, thediameter, both ends of the spiral angle and height of the cylinder, the cone section of theblade installation angle and blade height,while make the design series products, onlyneed to input the related parameters can get different size of the products. In the parametricdesign of concrete mixer truck tank, using the UG secondary development tool UG/Openand C language compiler platform. The specific method is according to customer’srequirements by using UG/Open MenuScript, UG/Open UIStyler to proceed menu scriptand dialog design; According to the mathematical model using Grip for programming,using UG/Open API calls Grip programs,combining API and Grip; Compiled and linkedunder the C platform, the final generation parametric design interface with user-definedbitmap file.(4) Having Finite element analysis and obtained conclusion. Making the geometricmodel import into ANSYS Workbench which built by UG, Using static module to makefinite element analysis in different conditions (fullload, braking and unloadingcondition), and assess the design results, provide a theoretical basis for the furtheroptimization and design of the stirring device.Through the analysis result of this paper’sresearch object, we can know: tanks under braking conditions suffered the greatest stress,deformation are the biggest, check the strength and stiffness, the results show that thecurrent design satisfies the requirement of strength and stiffness of the tank. |
