In this paper,the concrete mixer truck is taken as the research object,and the softwares such as UG,PRO/E and ANSYS are comprehensively utilized.For the problems that the concrete mixer truck is prone to use during the process,the mixing bucket blades of the concrete mixer truck are redesigned and the cylinder is designed.The sub-frame has been improved by finite element analysis.The failure phenomenon of the tank cracking and partial cracking of the sub-frame during the use of the concrete mixer truck was found out,and the structural improvement scheme was given to solve the problem.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Redesigning the spiral blade of the mixer truck,establishing the blade dynamic model and the micro-element differential equation;performing finite element analysis on the blade;segmenting the blade structure,optimizing the blade production and assembly process.(2)According to the rupture of the cylinder during the use process,the finite element analysis of the original structure of the cylinder is carried out,and the results are calculated.The finite element analysis is compared according to the different weld design forms of the cylinder.(3)Finite element analysis of the sub-frame and cylinder bracket structure.According to the analysis results,light weight improvement is performed for individual high stress regions.
