It is an important goal of smart grid building to achieve scientific allocation of energyresources and promote energy conservation and sustainable development.Socialdevelopment makes the electricity demand from all fields increasing. Meanwhile,it alsomakes the requirements of electricity users constantly increasing about the security andreliability of electricity supply,electricity quality,electricity service and so on.Electricityusers are at the end of power supply network.To mobilize the initiative of millions of usersto use electricity reasonably,which is the key to realize electrical energy rational allocationand use.Based on this goal,electric energy management pattern is changing from extensiveto intensive.This shift requires futural smart meters should have more and more functions.For example,the electrical source systems with new energies are continuouslygrid-connected and upgrading,which makes One-way metering smart meters can not meetthe needs of users and electricity sectors.Therefore,smart meters with bidirectional meteringfunction will be a goal of smart meter design.In order to meet the demand of smart grid construction and electricity managementmode development,an intelligent lv distribution terminal which use3G communicationnetworks and internet of things Zigbee indoor networks as wireless access pattern has beendesigned based on AMI model.It combines bidirectional energy metering, intelligentprotection functions in one and provide a full range of electricity configurations, intelligentprotection, bidirectional interactive control for t electricity users.this paper focuses on thestudy and development embedded platform of intelligent lv distribution terminal.First,according the research status at home and abroad and user requirement ofintelligent lv distribution terminals, establish the function and application model;Thenaccording to the function and application model, formulate the overall design scheme;Andthen respectively finish the design and simulation of hardware module circuit,build asoftware development platform;Finally complete the debugging and testing of thehardware and software platform.The results of simulation and debugging about hardware circuit show that it basicallymeet the requirements of low-voltage distribution terminal indicators;The debugging resultsof software system also meet the basic functional requirement.The debugging resultsprovide a reliable guarantee for the terminal in use.I believe the design of intelligent low-voltage distribution terminal can better meet demand of the new energy supply systemand modern intelligent control,It will have a broad application prospect.
