| With the rapid development of urbanization in our country, the problem ofbuilding energy consumption and environment pollution increasingly attract people’sattention. There are many problems in traditional building environmental analysisand evaluation methods. For example the analysis always fell behind the design andit’s difficult to obtain information and the accuracy of calculation is lowly. BIM asinformation technology applied in the field of architecture, It can integrated managebuilding’s information and provide data support for the analysis of building byestablish building3D information model. Aiming at the shortcomings of traditionalbuilding environment performance analysis and evaluation, this paper studies thebuilding’s performance and evaluation based on BIM technology through theoreticalanalysis and computer simulation.This paper sums up the relevant theories and methods of current buildingenvironment performance analysis and evaluation by literature analysis and studiesthe existing problems of environmental analysis and development trend in traditionalbuilding design; it also introduces the concept of BIM theory, technicalcharacteristics and research status, and then take further research on BIM dataconversion and standards. BIM is a database which contains all the relevantinformation of building, is a information carrier of construction projects, is a digitalexpression of building’s features. At the same time, the BIM technology providedifferent data interface, which could dock with a variety of analysis software. Basedon the characteristics of BIM, this paper studies the feasibility of buildingenvironment performance analysis and evaluation based on BIM. Then studies themethod and procedures when use BIM in building design. Besides, it also studies theway of LEED simulation analysis and assessment based on BIM technology. At last,the paper put forward that Based on these studies,the paper put forward thatcombined BIM technology with environment analysis during building design, whichwill help implement sustainable design.Based on theoretical research, this paper studies the implementation method ofbuilding environment performance analysis and assessment based on BIM with an engineering example. The article uses a pharmaceutical plant in yichang area as theresearch object, to simulate and evaluate the buildings’ environmental performance.Firstly, it use Revit software to establish the building information model, which canmanage buildings’ information such as buildings’space geometry information, spacefunction information, materials and equipment information and so on. Secondly,after data conversion, the BIM model will be exported to special format file forbuilding environment analysis. And then imports the analysis model file to Ecotectsoftware, studies the climatic conditions of the project is located such as solarradiation, ventilation, relative humidity and so on by the integration environmentanalysis tools; Finally, using Ecotect software to simulate buildings’ environmentalperformance of solar radiation, ventilation, and energy consumption. Then evaluatethe performance and put forward improvement opinions according to the simulationresults. |
