The new radial piston pump has been widely recognized by users with its highworking pressure, impact resistance, high volumetric efficiency.As the developmentof hydraulic pumpin the direction of the high speed, high pressure and great flow rat,the whole performance of the new radial piston pump needs greatly improved. Thenew radial piston pump’s characteristics of inlet, vibration, noise and overallefficiency, have great relationship with its distributing valve systems. So, in order toachieve synchronous, efficient and reliable distribution, further study should be takeon the dynamic characteristics of the new radical piston pump’s distributing valvesystems.The article is divided into the following five parts:In chapter one, it introduces the purpose and significance of the thesis, theresearch status at home and abroad with project related issues.Finally, in combinationwith the practical situation of project, it made the research plan.In chapter two, it introduces the new radial piston pump’s structure and workingprinciple, then makes the kinematics analysis on the new radial piston pumpandobtained the movement of theplunger component.Finally, it analyzesthe distributionprinciple of the flow, and points out the problems existing in the flow process.In chapter three, On the basis of detailed analysising piston pump’s flow process,it divide the flow process into expansion stage, suction valve open stage, suctionvalve remains stage, suction valve closed stage, compression stage, pressure valveopening stage, pressure valve remains stage, pressure valve closed stage.Then on theassumption of related theory, it established the mathematical model of each workingstage.In chapter four, it firstly discusses the basic methods for solving ordinarydifferential equations, and then uses the function of ode45which is compiled withfour to five orders Runge-Kutta methodin MATLAB to solve the mathematicalmodelestablished in chapter three. Through simulation analysis, it can obtain thedistributingcharacteristics in a working cycle. At last, the influence of clearancevolume in piston pump, spring stiffness, the precompression of spring and the limitsize of valve on distributingcharacteristics has been researched.In chapter five, it introduces the the basic principle of the orthogonal experimentdesign method. Then in order to improve the flow characteristics of piston pump, it selects the appropriate test index, test factors and levels and then selects correctorthogonal test header to carry on orthogonal test.Finally, it uses simulationprogramcompiled in MATLAB to carry on the computer simulationexperiment.Through the analysis of the comprehensive balance method for dataprocessing, it gets the suction valve and pressure valve of the optimal parametercombination.In chapter six, summarized the full text work, and put forward next step fullresearch on the structure of the valve’s influenceon the distributing characteristics, theimpact of the valve core to valve seat and noise etc.
