Crane metal structure is the skeleton of the crane, used device machinery andelectrical equipment of crane, bear and transfer the load function on the crane.Introduce many load factors during the design process of crane and has the certainstrength safety coefficient. But the structure that is safe in theory may plasticdeformation or bending accident in use process because the crane stress is complexand the structure is simplified in the design. The fault of metal structure would have abig impact on the safe operation of the crane, its safety and reliability isvery important. Stress strain test is an effective method to found the fault ofmetal structure. The main work includes the following aspects:(1)This thesis analyzed the key technology of domestic and foreign research onforce testing and stress testing method. Discusses the existing problems in stressdetection, analyzed the main reasons affecting the structure stress. Developed areal-time monitoring system which can repair the corresponding error may occur inthe process of force measurement.(2)Established the finite element model of four link jib crane. This paper useparameterized method to modeling because it needs multi amplitude and multirotation angle crane model. Research on parametric modeling and the modelinglanguage. Loading weight after modeling and calculate the simulation gravity stressof each amplitude and rotary angle of measuring point, and provide data for errorcorrection.(3)Analysis the influence of temperature effect on stress monitoring of crane.Focus on the analysis of the solar radiation effects on the structure, Simulation andhave the results of the structure surface temperature distribution in summer andwinter, have the results of the temperature change to the structure stress bythermal-structural coupled.(4)This paper presented the temperature compensation method measuringsystem based on TDC and error simulation self correction method based on stress.Analysis of the data fitting method and data comparison algorithm, make a theoreticalpreparation for error amendments of strain system. (5)This paper also designed the structure stress monitoring system, includingthe server program design, a database stored program design and user interface design.Realization the function of crane terminal data acquisition, data receiving and storage,data display, error correction of stress monitoring and data analysis. Finally, have theperformance testing of the monitoring system, prove the reliability and practicabilityof the system.
