Through analyzing and researching the museum design of accessibility, thisessay provides the solutions to problems which visual impaired persons mayexperience during visiting the museum, and equips museums with better service andfacilities. By studying the existing system of museum and analyzing the developmentand cases of museum design, the author theoretically summarizes the characters inseveral fields, including architecture equipments, digital interactive design,transmission of spatial information and design principles. Based on the understandingof the usage of museums’spatial environment, innovation of information transmissionand methods of exhibition, and combined with the characteristics of visual andauditory disabilities, this essay practically analyzes the usage of the accessibilitydesign of visual and auditory disabilities in museum design.First of all, the author acquires knowledge about the exhibition of museum,feedbacks of visual and auditory disabilities, the development of accessible designand requirements form both domestic and overseas. Combined with the currentdomestic situation, this essay analyzes the problems of culture spread and interactiveinformation in design, and the methods of choosing the appropriate system for visualand auditory disabilities. In this way, pushing forward the spread and development ofmuseum culture, helping disabilities to experience the museums in a more convenientway and getting access to the local culture and history.Second, in order to acknowledge us with the information of informationtransmission, interactive design and humanization design,,use disability accessibledesign in the design of museums and popularize the methodology of disabilityaccessible design, this essay learn to use the contemporary ideas and patterns tore-examine the necessity of disability accessible design. Meeting the requirementsand understanding the behaviors of disabilities, combing with the safety andcharacteristics of culture spread and information interaction, applying the method ofdisabilities accessible in museum design and then analyze the system of disabilitiesaccessible design for visual and auditory disabilities.Finally, organizing the information about museum spatial design and disabilities accessible design, taking the behavioral characteristics of visual and auditorydisabilities into consideration and setting a route which provides reasonableexhibition space and information transmission. Through doing that, disables are ableto experience museum and get access to the information which comes from theexhibition.Besides, the design contains the architecture and structure design, throughunderstanding visual, auditory and touch sense, and transmit information withoutbarriers. During the process of disabilities disable design, the author organize theknowledge and information, using theoretical knowledge to guide the practice andsystem analysis. Combined with a case study, organizing the methodology andtechnology applied in design and give a suggestion about the interaction in disabilityaccessible design in museums.
