Research On Community Accessibility Design And Intelligent Evaluation System For People With Disabilities

According to the latest data,the number of disabled people in China is about 85 million.As one of the common residence of disabled people,the barrier-free design of community is related to the comfort and happiness of disabled people.However,the code for The Design of Urban Roads and Buildings for the Convenience of The Disabled(JGJ50-88)(1989)and other codes were issued later than the design and construction time of many communities,resulting in barrier-free environments in some communities that cannot meet the needs of the disabled.In addition,policies such as the "14th Five-year Plan for Building an Accessible Environment"(2021)put forward higher requirements for the quality of barrier-free infrastructure,environmental continuity,information exchange and cultural environment construction in communities.As a member of the responsible planner team of Pingyuan Street in Shijingshan District,Beijing,the author participated in the research and design of the community renewal project.The practice shows that the barrier-free environment of old communities built before the 1990 s is relatively weak,and the barrier-free environment quality of new communities built after the 1990 s can be further optimized.Based on the above background,the topic of "Accessibility design and Intelligent evaluation System for people with disabilities" was selected to carry out the research,with accessibility design as the main and intelligent evaluation of community accessibility design as the auxiliary.Using comparative analysis,questionnaire survey,the data of surveying and mapping,such as analytic hierarchy process(AHP method,the research status quo of barrier-free design problems and explore community and the demand,as a community barrier-free design basis and evaluation index selection basis,put forward several community barrier-free design strategy,build community barrier-free design intelligent evaluation system,so as to provide prophase research foundation for related areas:In terms of community public environment barrier-free design,put forward in the safe transportation and security space guiding hand ring,intelligent wheelchair design strategy,such as in the type is easy to read information communication space and facilities proposed language converter,mouth the mouse,such as the design strategy,put forward in the participative humanities social space and facilities design strategies such as large-scale activities plaza,landscape environment.In terms of community public building barrier-free design,in a type compatible with the transition space and facilities for inward and outward,put forward the design key points of the hall,in the continuous traffic space and facility design key points are put forward on the wheelchair ramps,elevators,etc,in the coupled model community public toilet put forward several key points of design of plane layout,barrier-free facilities.The above design content is based on the disability characteristics and needs of the six types of people with disabilities,so that the barrier-free environment in the community can adapt to and meet the needs of the people with disabilities.In terms of the intelligent evaluation system of community accessibility design,the overall framework,index weight value,evaluation index and scoring rules are determined for the evaluation system by summarizing and analyzing relevant theories and cases at home and abroad and combining with community accessibility design strategies.On this basis,four cases are selected for testing,analysis and optimization.The conclusions are as follows: First,community accessibility design should be carried out for the six types of people with disabilities,forming a continuous community accessibility environment covering all types of disabilities.Second,in order to cover the needs of the six categories of people with disabilities,on the basis of strengthening the achievements of community infrastructure accessibility,we should add barrier-free Spaces and facilities for information exchange and cultural and social interaction.Thirdly,in order to form continuous community barrier-free environment,the barrier-free design of community public environment and community public buildings should be strengthened.Fourth,barrier-free community public environment can be designed from the three aspects of transportation security,information exchange,humanities and social interaction.Fifthly,barrier-free community public buildings can be designed from three aspects of space and facilities:transition,transportation and public toilets.Sixth,the content of the intelligent evaluation system of community accessibility design should be unified with that of community accessibility design,including criteria layer,sub-criteria layer,index layer,weight value,evaluation rules,evaluation levels and other elements,so as to promote design optimization and environmental quality improvement.
