With the rapid development of the real estate industry in the past20years, thedevelopment of architectural engineering project provides a unique opportunity for theconstruction industry. With the development of society and the improvement oftechnical level, the construction project of large system, increase the demand forcomplex structure, the construction project quality put forward higher requirements.Based on the review of the statistics are both building project quality problems, designquality problems in construction engineering project, has become one of the importantreasons causing the engineering quality problems. However, for the construction projectquality management, the present research focuses more on the quality management ofthe construction phase, and the construction quality management, construction phase ofthe project schedule management, cost management is based on good design quality onthe results. Improve the design quality management using scientific methods, improvethe quality of the design results and lack of management of the status quo, is the designindustry and the construction project development industry needs to focus on theproblem.Based on the quality management theory, method and tools are introduced, toexplore the feasibility of quantitative assessment tools used in construction projectmanagement of design quality of attention problems, the design of quality controlprocess and summarize the construction project design results in the formation of thereasons, the design results of quality management, and measurement problems causedby the deviation degree and project quality target, the establishment of qualitymanagement mode of quantitative evaluation of examination. At the same time from apractical, functional, safety, economy, Sustainable View of check points for scientificclassification, so as to realize the quantitative evaluation of the various stages in thedesign for the objective evaluation of design results and the quality.Based on the original CM group design management system research, discusses themanagement of design quality evaluation and improvement. Summary CM group bothhas the actual project design issues, using the hierarchical method, DMAIC method,questionnaire method, brainstorming method and research tools, the effect of CM group design quality problems, by definition, measurement, analysis, improvement ideas,control, summarize and establish a set of suitable for the design quality evaluation ofCM group management system, each design stage for the design result, and carries onthe design quality process control in each stage, in order to ensure the realization of thefinal design results of quality objectives. And try to quantitative evaluation for theimprovement of design management process, in order to solve the CM groupheadquarters level in the evaluation of the group in different areas of designmanagement team quality management level, the lack of the group level evaluation fortool management level difference, to assist in project design and management ofresource allocation.As the data collection and research as the foundation, this paper can be seen as abeneficial attempt to improve process and method of a CM group project design qualitymanagement, quality management research application of the other similar constructionproject plays an important role in.
