With the continuous development of China's economy and the advent of the industrial 4.0,enterprises will be faced with the survival and challenges,development and bottlenecks,the coexistence of pressure and opportunity,how to shift from"labor-intensive" to "capital-intensive",How to get rid of "low-cost,low-quality",how to"Made in China" to "Made in China" are related to the future survival of enterprises of the road.In Chinese production enterprises,especially large-scale production enterprises,including many foreign-funded enterprises,are no longer using the past "large and complete" mode of production,but rely on the supply chain to meet the requirements of its Parts to produce finished products,so the supply chain management is the focus of attention in the supply chain is the size of the supplier's product quality,because the final product quality is not only depends on the stability of their own products,but depends on The degree of quality assurance for all suppliers.In this case Z is such a company,and in all aspects of the supply chain in the ring,both customers and suppliers.Z in May 2015 formally put into operation,Shanghai GM,BMW's first-class supplier of BMW.Z company's head office in Shanghai,has been set up 10 years.As the Z company for the new factory,according to Shanghai GM and BMW requirements,to achieve mass production status through the TS16949:2009 and the special requirements of customers.TS16949:2009 In the system establishment process,the process flow chart includes all product realization flow from the supplier management to the finished product shipping.From the customer side requirements,whether it is Shanghai GM or BMW are very focused on supply chain development and supplier product quality control.This thesis from the supplier quality management in the development of new companies as the starting point to study the supplier management in the enterprise development process,as well as the practical application in the enterprise,the existing problems are mainly fixed-point suppliers,the development work is not in the company,and Z company head of the company's supplier team;Z company's supplier quality management engineer recruitment in the batch after 6 months to complete;Quality problems are slow;data system is not systematic management;purchase inspection channels are not smooth,from the Z company head office with procurement and purchase inspection in the head office,through the middle of the transport to reach Z company,if the transport process will Resulting in quality problems,will face a very large risk;Suppliers,supplier quality agreement is not issued in the Z company,but in the parent company is signed,so that for suppliers,the management authority that the head office management problems,the Z company The feedback is slow.In this paper,we propose a 6-sigma systematic method using DMAIC tools to analyze the cause of the problem and get the specific direction of improvement.From the system point of view,the existing program files are redefined with Z From the point of view of the supplier system,from the perspective of the data system,using the SAP system,data statistics and automatically send the supplier quality performance.Ultimately to achieve supplier quality management in line with the Z company's management requirements,promote the Division in the new process of effective control of product quality suppliers to achieve a stable SOP state.
