The railroad is our country long-distance passenger and transportation of bulkcargo, the important means of transportation, and the station is a important place andused for freight and passenger transport to and transfer, the station security or for thesafety of railway transportation make important influence function, especially passengerstation, its safety is more important, because it in direct relation to the passenger ’s lifeand property safety, it is the priority among priorities. In our country, high-speed railrapid development, our country has gradually entered the era of high-speed rail,high-speed rail station safety control key, elimination of high-speed rail station safetyhidden trouble is very important, to build high-speed rail station safety evaluationsystem is very important.This paper focuses on establishing a suitable for China’s high-speed rail stationsafety evaluation system. First of all, the collection of passenger dedicated lines andhigh-speed rail station technical data, operational standards and procedures,management documents, high-speed rail station on the current situation and futuredevelopment trend of research. In the high-speed rail station work content, work flowon the basis of fully understanding, analysis and comparison of high-speed rail stationand the existing railway station operation difference, clear high-speed rail stationoperation characteristics, thereby determining the high-speed rail station security key.Secondly, due to high-speed rail station as a public gathering places and railway station,on the safety influence factors and risk source identification and the existing railwaystation have similarities, in-depth analysis of the existing lines and high-speed rail lineaccident reasons, according to the basic principle of safety evaluation, find thehigh-speed rail station safety influence factors, combined with the high-speed railstation operation characteristics, determine risk sources high-speed rail station. Onceagain, the layer to decompose the safety factors and safety management key, choose oneof the overall evaluation of objective effect which is an important index of constructionsafety, evaluation index system. Then, through the various weighting methods forcomparative analysis, choose suitable for railway stations and depots weighting method,and to establish the mathematical model. Application of mathematical models todetermine the safety evaluation system of high-speed rail station the weights of variousindicators, according to weight system security evaluation criteria. Finally, in order to validate the established evaluation system and evaluation method is correct, from thepreparation to the safety assessment standard of operations, use comprehensiveevaluation time by quarter, existing standards and new approaches to Sanmenxia southstation safety management were evaluated and analyzed, compared with the existingevaluation system and a new evaluation methods advantages and disadvantages, identifynew ways the evaluation index of station safety assessment problems and shortcomings,determined to improve indexes, and indicators of the improvement.
