Urbanization process was rapidly in China now, but legal and regulatory planningsuch as city overall and detailed planning to address climate change insufficient. Cityconstruction of low carbon planning technical system and the corresponding constructionnorms, standards and guidelines is not perfect. In addition, energy systems lack of legalrestriction and guidance by energy planning theory in community planning scale, leaverenewable energy and new energy technology out of consideration in the comprehensiveapplication.Thesis based on low carbon concept, supported by mentor to undertake nationalsupport subject, researched the construction of the building energy system model in thecommunity scale.First, thesis introduces the research background, significance and related theory.Through compared various theories, the distributed energy system theory, the theory ofmicrocirculation and carbon value analysis theory and scenario analysis method werechose in the research.Second, thesis analyzed the characteristics of low carbon community and crucialinfluencing constituent elements for the development of low carbon energy system in thecommunity, and based on the existing relevant standards to build a typical calculationmodel for the community. The community model for the resource of community buildingenergy system and energy building services systems were established. The paper pointsout the characteristic of resources system and the classification and calculation method ofequipment system.Third, low carbon community energy targets were established, the need of thecommunity was considered on the basis of comprehensive analysis and the actual energyresources in community. Community may involve renewable energy under the premise of setting the corresponding supply three kinds of situations. After introduce scenarioanalysis and carbon value analysis, the research set a low carbon economy objective of thecommunity building energy system mathematical programming model. Once and forall,the mathematical model was used in the selected case in this paper.Finally, planning model of building energy system in low-carbon community wasproved to have good applicability, and building energy system is implemented with lowcarbon and economic balance which uses the model in thesis.
