At present, China economic development keeps steady progress. With the relevant policies introduced gradually, urban infrastructure construction and real estate development remained expand growth momentum. Construction hoisting machinery is the indispensable equipment in construction project, increasing in the number of construction hoisting machinery, lifting machinery safety accidents happen frequently and do great harm to people’s life and social property. In order to ensure construction hoisting machinery’s operation safety, it is necessary to carry out the safety monitoring, hazard control and safety evaluation, realizing the refined and scientific safety management of hoisting machinery.The study surrounding the construction hoisting machinery safety of fine evaluation, mainly finishes the following several work:(1) On the basis of field investigation and literature reading analysis, the study reveals the defects of safety management and safety evaluation to the construction hoisting machinery. In combination with the delicacy management idea, the research should choose more quantitative and objective method, as the rough set method, of quantitative evaluation of security;(2) By using the methods of fault tree and the accident causation theory, starting from the construction hoisting machinery safety system, the study builds a relatively complete construction hoisting machinery safety evaluation index system involving personnel, equipment, management and environmental factors;(3) The study has built a delicacy safety evaluation model to the construction hoisting machinery. After the discretization to the data of the assessment information table, removing redundant indicators on the basis of knowledge reduction, and determining the index weight with reduction index set, the study calculates the evaluation value for each sample in the end;(4) According to the use of this evaluation model to the 11 hoisting machineries in a construction project, the evaluation result is objective and fair, avoiding the influence caused by man’s subjective factors. According to the result of the equipment value analysis, the study puts forward some suggestions on the safety management of hoisting machinery.Paper based on rough set theory, accomplished the research to the delicacy safety evaluation on the construction hoisting machinery. The evaluation model established, has a certain theoretical contributions under the current situation of construction project in extensive management. The study emphasizing all aspects of the safety management as well as the key concern major supervision to the construction hoisting machinery, ensuring the safety of the hoisting machinery operation environment, has a certain practical significance.
