With the sequential progress of our country’s economies, the housing construction scalegradually increases, the demand for housing industry modernization has become more andmore urgent.In order to adapt to this trend,according to the breakthrough of the reform of wallmaterials,the production of various kinds of new type of concrete small hollow block insteadof the traditional clay brick,it can solve the problem of the current construction land area ofnervous and conforms to our country "the protection of land resources, protect the cultivatedland" basic state policy.Self-thermal insulation tenon style block is a kind of light aggregateconcrete hollow block,it not only has the thermal insulation, energy saving, saving soil,environmental protection, light weight, convenient construction, etc,but also its tenon typeconnection effectively enhances the shear and compressive capacity,At the same time,strengthen the permeability of masonry, sound insulation, anti-crack ability.Self-thermalinsulation tenon style block approved in2012for the record,it is mainly used in insulationexternal wall and filler wall, the performance of various masonry structure composed ofresearch has not yet appeared.Our country is more earthquake country,to make theSelf-thermal insulation tenon style block get promotion,it has important significance andvalue about the seismic performance research of masonry structure which mainly includes theself-thermal insulation tenon style block.The whole pape studies seismic performanceresearch on the full grouted concrete self-thermal insulation tenon style block masonrystructure, the research work is as follow:(1)It conducts the basic performance test on the composite mortarã€the self-thermalinsulation tenon style blockã€Lightweight aggregate concrete(LC)which make up the fullgrouted concrete self-thermal insulation tenon style block masonry. Through the consistencyand compression test,it makes up of the mixed mortar which is dedicated to the small hollowconcrete blocks,through the compressive and bending test,it obtains the compressive strengthand flexural strength about the self-thermal insulation tenon style block,through the slumpdegree of extension and compression test,it acquires the high liquidity lightweight aggregateconcrete.(2)It conducts the compressive and shear test on the full grouted concrete self-thermalinsulation tenon style block masonry,and obtains the compressive strength and shear strength.The compressive experiment is carried out while the Stress strain curve experiment is alsocarried out,through the test,it can obtain the stress-strain curve about the full grouted concreteself-thermal insulation tenon style block masonry, after normalization processing, it fits out ofthe masonry constitutive equation.(3)It conducts quasi static test of the full grouted concrete self-thermal insulation tenonstyle block masonry structure-wall. Through the wall of the low level of reciprocatingloading, it can obtain the change of load and displacement, wall crack development situation, load and strain relations of the vertical and horizontal reinforcing steel bar in the wall straingauge steel reaction.It can obtain the data of the wall vertex horizontal displacement throughpesudo static test,and get the hysteresis curve after processing the data. Getting out thepositive and negative maximum load and displacment of each hystersis loop can map theskeleton curve,and it can obtain the features displacement and load of the wall through theanalysis of the skeleton curve.According to the relationship between the Characteristic valueof the load and displacement,it can acquire the ductile condition and the stiffness gradationrule of the wall.It can synthetically evaluate the seismic performance of the full groutedconcrete self-thermal insulation tenon style block masonry structure-wall by Damagecharacteristics, hysteresis curves, skeleton curves, bearing capacity, ductility and rigiditydegeneration,etc.(4)It carries through the finite element analysis of the full grouted concreteself-thermal insulation tenon style block masonry structure-wall. Test model for finite elementcalculation is under the action of horizontal loading cycles.The calculated results arecompared with the test results, in the case of a high degree of agreement,and it changes axialcompression ratioã€aspect ratio of the model,then has the finite element calculation to proceedthe comprehensive analysis of the result of the calculation,and studies axial compressionratioã€aspect ratio which can affect the seismic performance of the full grouted concreteself-thermal insulation tenon style block masonry structure. |
