Then analyzes thecharacteristics, risk identification of expressway reconstruction project implementationprocess of risk identification principle, basis and content, introduces the methods of riskidentification and main program.Then introduces the highway reconstruction project risk management, control method,finally based on xinjiang "(SaiLiMuHu)-fruit (GuoZiGou) highway reconstruction projectits own characteristics, this paper discusses the game-if the owner in the highwayconstruction project risk management of risk identification, project risk, management risk,quality risk, according to these risks, the owner took a risk avoidance, risk transfer, riskmitigation, risk monitoring, risk retention and other effective measures to cope with theserisks, through these measures, the success has deal with some of the larger risk of potentialsafety hazard, ensure the race if the smooth implementation of highway reconstructionproject.
