Since the reform and opening up, China's rapid economic and social development has brought the rapid development of the city, the provinces and cities have expanded the New District, the establishment of new towns. At the same time, the problems in the old city center city because of municipal facilities, traffic chaos, poor living conditions gradually become a bottleneck restricting the further development of the city, so to speed up the transformation of the old city and urban renewal construction of great significance.A complete project construction projects usually include planning, research, design, review and construction, and many other links. Through interviews, questionnaires and practical engineering experience shows that:in the entire project cycle, the design phase is a very important stage. Because there are not only many risk factors in the whole project construction period, but also the impact of the project on the project. Design level and management level determines the level of project schedule, project cost and speed of the whole project quality to a large extent, to achieve the project objectives plays an important role.At present, the risk management theory system of architectural design in our country is still not mature and used in practice, so it is an urgent need to strengthen the risk management of design stage. The risk management research on the architectural design of the existing, Haier Ji'nan biaoshan B3 block urban regeneration project as the research object, using the theory and method of risk management, combined with the actual situation of the project, according to the general steps of risk management research.First, using interviews, expert survey conducted by the recognition of the project at the design stage of the risk, the main influence of the project risk factors, summed up the risk evaluation index system of the project; and then use the AHP (analytic hierarchy process) to evaluate the risk of the whole process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. According to statistics, by weight of index layer risk factors of the distribution, design units and the construction unit risk risk weight, lack of reasonable construction units schedule control in the specific risk factors "influence the design cycle and the lack of the preliminary design process, all risk factors for the maximum weight, also" professional cooperation is not close, drawing one poor and people involved in issues such as risk weights are relatively large, design units in the design of such projects, which should be the focus of attention, take corresponding risk measures. Not only to ensure the smooth progress of the project, but also to improve the benefits of the project.
