| With the development of our society, prefabricated buildings and theiradvantages are receiving increasingly widespread attention. Because of domesticwaste of resources, environmental degradation and other consequences resulting froma large number of residential construction, the Ministry of Construction has repeatedlyadvocated to promote industrialization of construction, the development ofprefabricated buildings which will thus promoting the housing industry. Modularconstruction, as a new building system with a high degree of prefabrication ratio, hasbeen carried out in foreign countries for many years. It has shown many advantages,such as, improves project quality, shortens the construction period, saves manpowerand resources, protects the environment and it is in line with the industrialization ofconstruction and development of green building requirements.This article first carries out study on modular building structure system,describing the current variety of the more common types of building blocks, modularbuilding structures, modular units, the connections between nodes, as well asBIM-based modular building modern construction methods. It also combines withdomestic architectural development and discusses modular building envelope forequipment selection.This paper selects Tianjin Binhai Tourist Area proposed four-storey buildingmodular floor as example, researching the characteristics of the force modularbuilding structures, including the design analysis of the four-story apartment building,static performance analysis, dynamic analysis, pushover analysis. When analyzing,this paper respectively studies the two cases of the connecting nodes: rigid andarticulated comparing different nodes stiffness force structure for modular buildingperformance.This article, through the research and structural systems research of modularbuilding, focuses on the analysis the force characteristics and suitability for thedevelopment of domestic construction of the modular construction of this emergingbuilding, and this has certain guiding significance and reference value for theevelopment and promotion of modular construction. |
