This paper describes that the author made parameters matchingdesign and modeling simulation research of the electric bus powersystem by using the professional software CRUISE, based on the projectof trial-producing10-meter city electric bus by author’s companycooperating with Jiangsu MuDan Bus enterprise, to achieve2goals, oneis to test the vehicle performance with the above parameters and provethe design project right or not, the other purpose is to preliminarilydefine certain control numbers by simulating different designparameters.1) Firstly, to realize the design target, it is taken that calculatingbattery and motor key parameters, selecting models and fixing up powertrain, on the basis of original bus available space and set load.2) Secondly, it is run in CRUISE software after building the powersubsystems and whole vehicle model, inputting calculating data,connecting mechanical and electrical interface and setting simulationtasks, where the cycle run simulation task,3) Thirdly, according to simulation results, design project wasproving appropriate. It was obtained that air conditioner influence extentif it works, and calculating how much energy was cost and the efficiencyin energy transfer. Tentatively, brake-backup power trend was acquired.4) Finally, real electric bus test is taken.It is proved rationality thatdesign project with power system parameters by test results.
