Distributed generation has the advantages of less pollution,high energyutilization rate, flexible installation location advantages。However, such as solar and wind energy resource is intermittent, theuncertainty and variability, distributed renewable energy power generationInternet brought new challenges, with the increase of permeability of thedistributed power grid relay protection, the original configuration, the systemshort-circuit current level, distribution automation system functionapplication, power influence quality, job safety, needed to acceleratedevelopment deepening the study of distributed power supply connected todistribution network related technical problems, solve the protection, accesscontrol, after the management problems, will PCC this point of the function,press the photo "distributed photovoltaic power generation access system design"as the typical in micro responsibility boundary point distributed power andnetwork/development and application of boundary, and in the device, the devicehas the management function of distribution automation, receive and transmitthe microgrid energy management system of collecting information, receiving andexecution of master scheduling, with two-way information exchange, antiislanding, exception handling, voltage frequency relay protection and safetyautomation devices, metering, over the same period, the power quality monitoringand the governance function.Micro grid boundary access10kV distribution network switch completeequipment mainly consists of two parts, part of the switch body part and acontroller. The switch body part adopts the vacuum circuit breaker; thecontroller part adopts the hat type structure, design a plurality of circuitboards, including CPU module, AC sampling module, input and output modules,communication and super capacitor, the circuit module.The goal of this thesis is mainly to achieve product design of distributedpower accessing10kV:1) micro grid boundary access10kV distribution network switch complete equipment (installed in the PCC point), present developmentoverhead type;2) prefabricated distributed power access device (mounted on anddot). The two products are mainly for automatic distributed power supply and10kV network and from the network, real-time monitoring of distributed powerand network, have the islanding detection and inspection of synchronizationfunction, have anti islanding protection and directional current protection,have communication capabilities, accept the master schedule control, realizingDG in meet the grid reconciliation under the conditions of the column, automaticremoval10kV line DG side of the fault, safety automatic processing of10kVoutside the network voltage frequency anomaly.
