Research On Transport Organization Of Guangzhou Metro Line6

With the increasing of the scale of Guangzhou, as well as the population, city rail transitgradually bears most of the public traffic. So far, Guangzhou Metro daily passenger volume isnearly6000,000person time, about40%of the public traffic. Guangzhou Metro Line6beginstrial operation at the end of12in2013, which crosses the city center and transfers with otherlines, its transportation organization and scheduling is one of the most important issue inoperations management.This paper used systematically viewpoint with the qualitative and quantitative analysis ofthe system, using the concept of lean production, focused on the research of the transportationorganization and dispatching of Line6. This paper firstly introduced related equipmentand form of train operation, reentry,scheduling adjustment principle and transit passengerflow characteristic. Then it introduced the evaluation index of scheduling transportation,expounded two important concepts of lean production, one is standardization of production,the other is quick change, tried to follow the idea of "in the necessary time, according to theamount necessary to produce necessary product", and optimized the transport organization ofLine6, recognized and eliminated the waste or non-value adding activities in transport andscheduling by adopting continuous improvement measures to improve transportation.In concrete research, this paper first introduced train routing adjustment scheme and riskprevention and control and used concept of lean production to analyse and improve stationoperation and train reversal operation. Then, introduced train dispatch standardized operation,studied scheduling strategy, especially analysed and researched on train with passengers passthrough station without stop and train breakdown rescue. Finally, combined the passengerflow distribution characteristic in time and space after the Line6opened, discussed theoptimization of transportation organization.
