Study On The Relative Issues Of Passenger Transport Organization In Regional Public Transport

With the urbanization advancement in China, it has formed many city groups such as Pearl River Delta, Yangtze River Delta, around Bahai Sea District, etc. As inter-city exchanges increased, require for rapid and convenient trip in the region became imminency, regional mass transit type of passenger transportation emerged as the times require. Currently study mainly concentrated in the generation of passenger train plan for one intercity line, and nothing focused on the regional mass transit type of passenger transportation which is targeting at the whole process of the regional travel.This paper firstly puts forward the concept of regional public transport, divides the process of regional public transport into the intercity railway transport and the city public transportation linked up with railway station, and analyzes the characters and implements conditions.Secondly, based on the in-depth study about the related factors of the evaluation of the regional public transport passenger train operation scheme, the indicators of the regional public transport passenger train operation scheme is established according to the principles and methods of constructing the evaluation indicator set. After comparing the advantages and disadvantages of the frequently-used evaluation methods, a grey model of the regional public transport passenger train operation scheme synthetic evaluation is formulated by using the grey comprehensive evaluation and other mathematical methods, and validates the practicability of assessment model and methods by analyzing the evaluation indicator set with Yangtze River Delta.As the other part of the regional travel, the transfer articulation between the city and intercity transportation is another content of this study. Based on the analysis about the related factors of the layout of the transfer articulation facilities in the regional passenger transport process,ten evaluation indicators which can reflect the quality of the layout are selected,and the evaluation indicator set is established. By using set pair analysis theory, the optimization model is established. Finally the practicability of the evaluation model and method is verified by a numerical example.
