Study On The Construction Quality Of Qingdao Intercity Railbtprojects

The rapid development of economic construction, accompanying with the demandfor a corresponding increase in infrastructure construction, but the cash squeeze restrictsthe development of infrastructure and this problem will affect the speed and quality ofinfrastructure. At the same time, a large number of domestic and international idle fundcannot find suitable investment projects. Based the conditions above, the Chinesegovernment encourages engineering construction enterprise as the main infrastructureforce to join to the infrastructure in BT mode.Based on Qingdao Blue Silicon Valley Intercity Rail Transit BT project, this paperanalyzed the main problems existing in construction quality management and theestablishment and evaluation of quality management system in BT mode. Firstly, thepaper compared the current development of domestic and foreign research, and theknowledge and the application of BT model still exists some defects domestic becauseof the BT-related regulations are incomplete currently.Secondly, this paper analyzed the characteristics of the project management modelof Qingdao Blue Silicon Valley Intercity Rail Transit BT project, and the project is notstrictly defined in BT mode, but by the project contractor and the legal sharemanagement responsibilities. In addition, the project establishes a unique twosupervisory management system, enhancing project quality management and controlability.Thirdly, this paper identified the main factors affecting the quality of constructionand then analyzed the main problems existing in the construction of qualitymanagement. There are a large number of participating subjects in BT model,increasing the difficulty of quality management. According to the project constructionquality management requirements, the paper analyzed of the construction qualitymanagement system and assurance management system of Qingdao Blue Silicon ValleyIntercity Rail Transit BT project, and then applied the improved the DMAICmanagement model to the project, so as to manage and control the key factors affectingthe quality of the construction.Finally, the paper evaluated construction quality management of Qingdao BlueSilicon Valley Intercity Rail Transit BT project and the results show that the qualitymanagement of the project is excellent by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. Thisfits with the actual situation, and Indicates that fuzzy comprehensive evaluation methodhas a certain application value.
