With the accelerated process of urbanization and the urban areas constantly evaluating to large urban agglomerations, city metropolitan areas or town groups are emerging, and develop at a great speed, which results in increased regional traffic demand and traffic growing contradiction between supply and demand, so this causes a serious shortage of transport capacity on existing transport network. Regional inter-city railway enriches urban agglomerations existing transportation network, and regional intercity rail bas high-speed, large volume, less pollution and high departure frequency, which makes it become the main mode of transport for short-haul distance travelers. To give full play to transport performance of regional inter-city rail and achieve reasonable convergence and the efficiency of the various modes of transportation, achieving the aim of "zero transfer" to passengers, this paper analyzes the integration of various modes of transportation layout and various modes of transportation between the transport coordination.This paper firstly analyzes the integration of various modes of transportation layout and various modes of transportation between the transport coordination at home and abroad, on the basis of that, it comes up introduction and classification of intercity rail construction. And then with the objective function of the shortest distance of passengers traveling in integrated transfer hub, it establishes model of integration for the consolidated inter-city hub layout, and on the basis of "zero transfer" concept, we analyze a variety of layout patterns, come up the best layout mode after comparisons with different types of hub; We make a analysis on the coordinating matching of Shipping to a various modes of transportation between the integrated hub in the inter-city; Finally, this paper uses of theory and methods of the thesis to analyze transport capacity of matching for the existing layout of the Changsha station mode and the variety of transport modes, Changsha station layout of the transport functional areas, the optimization of passenger organization. At last, it comes up the optimization of the transport functional layout and traffic organization of the Changsha Railway Station.
