The large-scale economic construction, especially the booming development of real estate has developed a broad market space for elevator industry. Facing the increasingly growing in elevator market, people enjoy clipper service go up and down the floor by taken the elevator, and get higher security and comfortable requirements from it at the same time. However, for a long time, due to the limitation of test method and instrument, towards the elevator control system test, especially in integrated test of elevator controller performance, people are not concerned before. Besides, this is the key to ensure elevator reliability, security and comfortable.According to State Quality Inspection Administration science and technology project "Research on Test Method of Elevator Intelligent Control System and Instrument", the analysis of the elevator control system is important to elevator normal operation, which take the core part of elevator control system (elevator controller) as the research object. According to the major test indicators to affect its performance and test instruments, I take virtual instrument software Lab VIEW as the development platform, apply the instrument control technology, design and develop an integrated testing system with the software and hardware interface for elevator controller, to complete the testing programs such as reliability, EMS, harmonics analysis, energy consumption, function and intelligent configuration, noise, temperature etc, to consummate the method of ex-factory checking and fixed time inspection.On the basis of above, for further studying the difference of elevator controller variable frequency adjustable speed performance in using difference PWM (SVPWM and CRPWM) vector inverter, this paper applied Matlab7.0/Simulink software build the elevator variable frequency adjustable speed system simulation model, which based on rotor flux orientation vector control principle. The simulation results show that SVPWM is even better in variable frequency adjustable speed performance. The method is simple and effective, which provides a basis for the elevator controller to choose variable frequency adjustable speed model. At last, apply fuzzy self-adaptive PID control principle optimization design the commonly velocity PI controller of variable frequency speed system, and verified it by the establish simulation model. The result display that optimal PI controller has faster response duration and smaller overshoot, which will provide a reference for improving the elevator controller’s adjustable speed performance.This study has provided a new and effective test method for evaluating elevator security performance, to further improve the elevator operational performance test. Through the elevator variable frequency adjustable speed system simulation model, to study the elevator controller variable frequency speed control performance, its provide reference for improving comprehensive performance for elevator controller.
