This paper focus on a technical project for the reform of the high-voltage variable frequency motor loading test system for the company's original motor test bench.According to the original system can not complete the high-voltage variable frequency motor test problem,the technical scheme of AC feedback test and the design based on Labview test software were proposed in the paper.The designed system can realize on-line monitoring and real-time acquisition,analysis and processing of motor data.Firstly,based on the principle of AC asynchronous motor and the measurement of motor operating parameters,according to the hardware involved in the project transformation,the methods of data acquisition and data processing of motor voltage,current,power,speed,torque and temperature rise parameters are discussed.In this paper,the AC power feedback test system is discussed from the AC variable frequency drive and the load motor energy feedback.In the system hardware description,the principle and some functions of the designed AC power feedback test system are introduced,and the AC power feedback test method is compared with the traditional dynamometer equipment and principle of some test motors.In the development of virtual instrument software test platform,the paper introduces the advantages and advantages and disadvantages of the virtual instrument platform used in this transformation project and the measurement of traditional discrete instruments.For the purpose of design,this paper uses the virtual instrument Labview software to develop the application software platform for mine high-voltage variable frequency motor loading test system,including human-computer interaction interface design,logic control,computer and data board communication,computer and AC frequency conversion unit.After the project acceptance and evaluation of the performance and the actual use results in the later period,compared with the data before the test system transformation,the energy saving effect is obvious,which proves that the design of the project basically meets the design requirements and has greater practical significance.However,this topic does not consider the 10 kV bus harmonic problem,and will conduct further research later.
