The building energy consumption holds a very great proportion in the socialtotal energy consumption, while mostly current building in our country constructsare high consumption. Therefore, in the current situation, the building energyconservation is the most direct way and has a highest potential in the currentnational energy conservation work, and has a reality economy and social efficiency. Before carrying out building energy conservation plan, we must know well of thepresent situation of energy consumption. This needs energy consumption monitorand analysis system provides a strong supporting to make an energy conservationand reduces emission plan. Therefore, this article construct an intelligent buildingconsumption analysis system based on GIS, in order to help related departmentmaster the spatial and temporal distribution of intelligent building energyconsumption in the urban, and program a corresponding energy conservation andreduces emission policy and laws.Intelligent building is the product which unifies as the IT technology and thetradition building technology. It provides a more comfortable condition for livingand working under the price of more energy consuming. Intelligent building wasconstructed and developing with the enhancement of humanity living standard.Human society makes progress, economy gets development, as well as facingquestions of energy, environment and so on. Formulating an energy conservationand reduces emission plan, carrying out a sustainable development policy, raisingthe energy capacity factor, is the only way we must be taken to realize a resourceconservation society.Firstly, the article makes sum up with the intelligent building characteristicsand development, and the logical relationship between its energy management, theenergy analysis. Pointed out that the intelligent building energy management systemis a platform to achieve energy analysis and management, and energy analysis is animportant component of energy management systems.Secondly, in order to collect and manage the energy information intelligently, and make facilitate for building energy consumption analysis, this article design and realization a building energy consumption monitoring system, and the system willbe divided into three component parts, which are field data acquisition subsystem, data communication and transmission subsystems, host monitoring subsystem. Thesystem using Oracle and RAID5to achieve an unified storage management andmaintenance on energy consumption data. And rationally use of the existing networkin the building. System transfer data on GPRS or fiber optic cable under TCP/IP, anduse data freezing technology to achieve a real-time data, comprehensive, accurate, reliable, smart monitoring goal on energy consumption.Thirdly, this article designs an intelligent building energy consumption analysissystem based on GIS technology. According to space-occupy of building energyconsumption per capita and per acreage or per bulk energy consumption, this paperput forward a concept of unit area per capita consumption of building energy, whichwas used as an indicator to evaluate the rationality and validity of building energyutilization. On the platform of ArcGIS9.3, vary data was mixed, merged, reconstructed and so on. Using energy performance index as standards for regionaldistribution analysis of energy consumption, system finally results in a thematicmap. Finally, under the support of energy consumption monitoring system and GISconsumption analysis system, we make a research in Gulou area, Fuzhou city, putFuzhou Planning&Design Research Institute as a research case to show theanalysis result of intelligent building energy consumption based on GIS.
