Based on a thought about unified evaluation system of energy utilizations, this paperpresents a integrate approach on analysis of energy consumption and estimation aboutarchitecture. It makes tracks for the overall process about production and supply, internetdistribution and user terminal using on energy utilization. It studies average energyutilization ratio of architecture, current drain on unit area, heat (cold) consumption ,corresponding energy consumption and equivalent effect index on heating(or refrigeration)about user terminal, leading to create favorable condition for scientific analysis andestimation on energy consumption about architecture. In the building energy consumption, the heating is one extremely importantpart. Current heating systems serving the general public in urban areas are mainlyclassified into four types, namely, boiler heating systems, the CHP (CombinedHeat and Power) systems, heat pump systems and electric heating. The costallocation of the CHP is most complex. Formulates the reasonable heating price isthe essential factor of the CHP health development, therefore the heating cost andthe heating price of the CHP is the urgent work. This article produces the heatingcost through the unification evaluation method.
