| Energy conservation as an important topic on this world, high energy consumption, and low efficient are always criticized by people. This thesis will use one of domestic motor grader as a research example, firstly introduce the current status of motor grader in domestic and international market, and components of motor grader, of which functional, application. This thesis expounds the method and the research status of reducing the power loss. Using the simulation software to find the main power loss resource, and analyze the each resource, propose the optimized method, improve the efficiency, reduce the power loss and fuel consumption, the grader’s power has been used maximum.Firstly, introduce the motor grader main structure and application profile, analyze the method of power loss control for motor grader and research status.Secondly, use the Dynasty simulation software to analyze the transmitting path of motor grader’s power, finding the biggest impaction system, Powertrain and hydraulic system.Then, first, analyze the advantage and disadvantage of torque converter, introduce principle of the lock up clutch for torque converter, introduce how to reduction power by lock up; then introduce the fixed and load sense variable hydraulic system, building the meth model, calculate the power loss on motor grader typical application. In last, in order to validate the new system effective and simulation model accuracy, test the prove design machine which is installed the lock up clutch torque converter and load sense variable hydraulic system, the test result shows that this two new proposal have obvious effect on power loss reduction compared with simulation result. |
